Fernando Santana has been appointed as Resort Manager at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar
Grand Hyatt Baha Mar-the luxury, family-friendly resort located on the picturesque island of New Providence in Nassau-announces the appointment of Fernando Santana as the new Resort Manager. With more than three decades of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Santana brings his unparalleled leadership expertise and extensive knowledge of revenue management and hotel operations to the resort.
With an exceptional track record of developing strong leaders and delivering guest experiences, he has held leadership positions at various Hyatt properties, including Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort, Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort, and Hyatt Regency Dallas, where he served as Director of Rooms. His expertise in this role has made him a specialist in this field leading him to serve as the General Manager of Hyatt Centric Key West and most recently of Hyatt Regency Frisco in Texas.
In addition, Santana's pursuit of career development led him to participate in Hyatt Corporate's Leadership Development Initiative, which provided expanded learning, training, and development opportunities for senior management. When he is not at work, he enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and traveling with his wife.
