Ben Thomas joins Cycas this month as Chief Operating Officer (UK & Ireland) supporting hotels & serviced apartments in key locations across the UK, including the opening of the forthcoming Residence Inn Manchester - Piccadilly and Four Points by Sheraton Edinburgh. Formerly Chief Commercial Officer at Pentahotels, Ben brings over twenty years of operational, commercial and project management experience across the UK, Europe and Asia.

This appointment underpis a period of rapid growth for the hotel management company, with expansion into both the luxury segment [Bankside Hotel, Autograph Collection] in 2022 and resort and spa hotel sector [Grandhotel Bad Pyrmont] earlier this year.
