Nathalie Valgaeren has been appointed as Front Office Manager at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai

Nathalie Valgaeren has taken up a role in the UAE for the first time, now the front office manager at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai.

In this role, she will lead both the front office and concierge teams, heading up the creation of new operating procedures which focus on improving pre- and post-arrival experiences.

Before Dubai, she spent half a decade in the Netherlands, spending all of that time at Anantara Grand Hotel in Amsterdam.

She joined the hotel as a guest relations trainee, promoted to duty manager within seven months and then guest relations manager within another five months. After three years in this role, she was assistant front office manager.

Nathalie Valgaeren is an alumnus of Erasmushogeschool Brussel – Class of 2018.
