Yev Romanoff

M Social Hotel Times Square New York, the 480-room hotel located in the heart of Manhattan,todayannounced the appointment ofitsnew Director of Food & Beverage, Yev Romanoff.In this new role, Romanoff will direct and oversee all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage planning and service, with duties including menu planning and costs, preparationandpresentation of food and drinks, and planning, coordinating and overseeing special events.

Romanoffbrings over 20 years of experience to the hospitality industry. He began his career in Miami, working as the Director of Food & Beverage Operations for CarnivalCorporation in the luxury divisionfor 10 years. Duringthis time, he eventuallybecame the youngestHotel Director in the company.

Romanoff's career brought him to New York City in 2010, where over the next 13 years he worked for notable restaurants and hotels such as Hendrick's Tavern, The William Vale, and Scotto Brothers Restaurant Group. While holding thesepositions, Romanoffwas required to lead all sites andover ten restaurants at once, along with new ownership and location transitions at select establishments.
