Mohamad Albalkhi has been appointed as Executive Chef at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach

Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach has a new executive chef. Mohamad Albalkhi, who previously served at the Hyde Hotel in Dubai, has over two decades of expertise in the culinary industry.

As the executive chef at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, Albalkhi will oversee the operations of six dining outlets, in-room dining services, and the meetings and events department.

Drawing on his vast experience, he will bring fresh perspectives and creative flair to the Soul and The Talk restaurants, says the hotel.

Albalkhi has played a pivotal role in the successful pre-opening of several award-winning restaurants. His dedication, innovation, and profound understanding of both local and international cuisine have been instrumental in shaping his career.

Albalkhi's plans are also to collaborate closely with his team to develop compelling concepts and innovate dining experiences within the hotel by staying abreast of emerging trends and dining styles from around the world.
