With a career spanning over 15 years, Nithilavalavan brings an unrivaled expertise derived from his successful tenures at prestigious hospitality establishments such as The Oberoi Group, The Leela Hotels, The Jumeirah Group and The Hyatt Group of Hotels.
Mr. Baskar's remarkable journey began in the Food & Beverage division, where he honed his craft and showcased exceptional talent. Through dedication and hard work, he swiftly ascended the career ladder, ultimately achieving the prestigious position of Director of Food and Beverage at Park Hyatt Chennai. His diverse experience in luxury dining venues, coupled with his ability to elevate and drive higher revenue of F&B business, makes him a valuable addition to the JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar team.
At JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Mr. Baskar will apply his expertise in revenue management, cost management control, reporting and market share growth. As the Director of Operations, he will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest experiences, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with Marriott International Brand Standards.
