Powles boasts a diverse employment history, holding positions such as an education coordinator and academic coordinator, in addition to his work in the human resources sector. In Seoul, South Korea, he served as a learning and development coordinator, during which he introduced innovative training programs, implemented new learning methodologies, and nurtured an atmosphere of perpetual enhancement.
His journey also included a tenure at W Doha Hotel and Residences in Qatar, where he acted as the Director of Learning and Development.
