Lenner Garrido has been appointed as General Manager at Hotel Punta Islita, Autograph Collection

Garrido's eighteen-year career in the hotel industry has led him to occupy different leadership roles.

Graduated as an electrical engineer, and obtaining a master's in business administration, he started in the labor market in 1998, but his entry into Hospitality was in 2005 as head of engineering and operations in a hotel in San Pedro Sula, Honduras; until in 2011 he gets his first work experience as General Manager in that same hotel in Honduras to later that same year be transferred to Managua, Nicaragua.

In mid-2018 he moves to Costa Rica to assume the general management of a hotel located in the Guanacaste area.

In 2022 his experience extends to receive the opportunity with Marriott International, to be appointed General Manager of Hotel Punta Islita, Autograph Collection, a position he assumes with the firm commitment to maintain the positioning of the destination and the property, providing memorable, unique, and enriching experiences to domestic and foreign guests.

Lenner Garrido is a charismatic leader, who not only shines in his leadership, but he is also characterized by creating environments that foster the growth and development of human talent, something that is reflected in his previous experience as a teacher at Universidad Privada de San Pedro Sula.

Garrido enjoys reading, movies and gardening in his spare time, as well as soccer.
