Throughout his illustrious career, Javier has consistently demonstrated his ability to deliver exceptional results, thanks to his innovative and out-of-the-box thinking. He has played instrumental roles in successfully implementing and executing revenue-boosting programs for various companies. Javier's remarkable journey includes significant positions such as Director of Sales and Marketing at Air Jamaica, Leisure Sales Manager at the Doral Golf Resort, E-Commerce Manager at Marriott Caribbean and Mexico Resorts, Caribbean Product Manager at Certified Vacations, Latin America Destination Manager at the Palm Beach Conventions and Visitors Bureau, Sales Manager at the Florida Marlins Baseball Club, and Business Development Manager - Florida for Dolphin and Majesty Cruise Lines.
