Sinem Kaya has been appointed as Complex General Manager at SLS Brickell Miami & SLS LUX Brickell Miami
The innovative industry leader returns to her SLS roots to oversee operations and brand growth for two iconic Miami hotels.
Ennismore, the world's fastest-growing lifestyle hospitality company, has appointed Sinem Kaya as Complex General Manager for SLS Brickell and SLS LUX, two spectacular art-filled hotels in the heart of Miami's Brickell neighborhood. In her new role, Sinem will oversee day-to-day operations and business development across the two properties, building upon each brand's unique offerings while fostering relationships with SLS guests, local communities and key stakeholders.
Originally born and raised in Turkey, Sinem brings nearly 20 years of hospitality experience with demonstrated mastery in hotel operations, progressive revenuemanagement and pre-openingstrategy for a range of luxury-lifestylehotels across global markets. Prior to joining Ennismore, Sinem spent seven years with SBE, where she held keyleadershiproles in pre-opening and launch teams for SLS South Beach, Redbury South Beach and SLS Brickell, to name a few. As Director of Operations for SBE Corporate, Sinem also provided global operational support and talent developmentprograms for global hotelportfolios Mondrian LosAngeles, Delano South Beach and SLS BahaMar, among many others. Her most recent role was with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where she led as General Manager of Kimpton Angler's Hotel for over three years.
In addition to her destination expertise and hotelier experience, Sinem has a Master Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, and an Interior Design Certification from the University of Miami.
