Eric Fuller has been appointed as General Manager at Hell's Kitchen at Harrah's Resort Southern California
Harrah's Resort Southern California is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Fuller to the position of General Manager of Hell's Kitchen. In this new role, Fuller will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving continued success for the Hell's Kitchen brand.
With over 20 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, Fuller brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position. Prior to his promotion, Fuller served as the Assistant General Manager of Hell's Kitchen, which he helped open in August 2022. Prior to joining the Hell's Kitchen at Harrah's Resort SoCal team in 2022, Fuller spent nine years at the iconic Hotel del Coronado and 11 years at the Grand Hyatt San Diego as the Manager of Food & Beverage.
Fuller was born and raised in El Cajon, Calif. and currently lives in Menifee with his husband. In his spare time, you can find him reading up on all things history and collecting Disney art.
