Werner Anzinger has been promoted after working as the GM of Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai since its opening in 2019. Anzinger is now area VP of operations, remaining manager of the super-luxury Dubai hotel while also adding Doha and Vienna to his scope.
He has been with the group for over 25 years and even before that, held mangerial roles at the likes of Savoy in London and The Excelsior in Hong Kong.
Anzinger's mission to keep Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai at the forefront of ultra-luxury hospitality. With annual hotel renovations and enhancements, he works tirelessly to ensure the resort remains at the top of its game. This past year has been no different, with the introduction of game-changing dining experiences such as Sublimotion, top culinary guide recognitions, and a range of exclusive brand collaborations to keep discerning guests keen.
