Donat is a spa professional bringing more than 13 years of experience to Eau Spa, previously overseeing top luxury spas across the U.S. Most recently Donat served in the role of opening spa director at Fairmont Austin, Texas where he opened the spa after a 19 month closure. Prior to that, Donat spent time as a spa director at The St. Regis Deer Valley, Utah.
Committed to lifelong learning, he aims to create a unique and unforgettable experience for his guests and to improve the lives and careers of other professionals that he comes into contact with.
