Neville Erasmus has been appointed as General Manager at Delta by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront
Prior to joining Delta by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront, Erasmus most recently served as the general manager of the Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel, one of the city's most popular, centrally located accommodations. He was also general manager of Atlanta's acclaimed Château Elan Winery & Resort, where he oversaw a $25 million comprehensive renovation and spearheaded leadership for its 10 bars and restaurants, 40,000-square-feet of meeting space, 35,000-square-foot European spa and championship golf & tennis center.
Erasmus arrives in Virginia Beach with extensive experience at a variety of properties across Africa, Europe, the Caribbean and the United States, including managerial roles at properties such as the Warwick Hotel in Denver, Colo., and the Liberty Hotel in Boson, Ma. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Erasmus attended the University of Birmingham in the UK where he studied Hotel Business Management, and later went on to study F&B Revenue Management, and Hotel Real Estate and Asset Management through Cornell University Online.
