Jaime Faus has been appointed as General Manager at Pullman Montparnasse

Jaime Faus is no stranger to the Accor group since he was, from 2000, director of operations (Prague, Bucharest) then general manager of several Novotel in Eastern Europe (Vilnius and Moscow in particular) before joining the Pullman brand and being promoted to Managing Director of Pullman London in 2013 then cluster Vice-President of Operations for the London region 3 years later. In 2017, after an almost exclusively European career, he was appointed by the French hotel giant, General Manager of Pullman Jakarta, Indonesia.

At the beginning of 2023, after 23 years of collaboration, he left the Accor group (he was then VP Hospitality Operations Bangkok for Pullman) to join the Singaporean group Ascott, a specialist in serviced residences as Cluster GM for Jakarta.

Jaime is a graduate of the University of Brighton, International Hotel Management 1994, and Cornell University, Master 2004. Here he is back in Europe and at Accor for a first job in France.

Jaime Faus is an alumnus of Cornell | Nolan School of Hotel Administration – Class of 2004.
