Hilton London Bankside proudly introduces Raoul de Souza as its latest General Manager. De Souza carries an impressive 25-year track record in the hotel industry, having been associated with prestigious names such as JW Marriott Grosvenor House London and Taj Palaces & Hotels in India.

Raoul's journey with Hilton London Bankside started in May 2015, when he joined the hotel's opening team as Director of Food and Beverage. Commanding a 92-member team, he was pivotal in the hotel's foundational phase. Barely a year later, in May 2016, he was elevated to the role of Hotel Manager. This ascent underscored his capability, as he adeptly managed the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ultimately culminating in his recent appointment as General Manager.

In his updated role, Raoul's responsibilities will encompass fortifying the hotel's ethos, championing staff development, and ensuring unparalleled experiences for every guest. A significant part of his mission will also involve deepening the hotel's ties with the surrounding Bankside community.

Armed with a strategy specialization from Henley Business School, University of Reading, and a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from India's National Council of Hotel Management, De Souza stands out as
