Fabio Fioravanti has been appointed as Executive Sous Chef at Park Hyatt Doha
Park Hyatt Doha has appointed Fabio Fioravanti as executive sous chef. With over 16 years of experience in the culinary world, Fioravanti is determined to take the hotel's dining experience to new heights.
Prior to joining Park Hyatt Doha, Fioravanti was head chef at Alain Ducasse's restaurant in the city. Before his Qatar stint, he also worked in the famous Monaco restaurant Le Louis XV, at the Hotel de Paris.
With a proficiency in both Italian and French cuisines, Fioravanti is looking forward to joining the Park Hyatt team.
