Wen has a Master's degree of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, USA. She is highly skilled in yield management and commercial analysis. Wen has played a crucial role in several projects to improve hotel performance such as RMS and PMS transitions, pre-openings, and revision of on property revenue/reservations and sales processes.
