As WorldVue continues to grow and evolve as a company, the executive team welcomes Daniel to play a pivotal, strategic role in the brand's current and future presence across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
In his new role, Daniel is responsible for building and managing the operations team responsible for all post-sales activity including project management, installation and break-fix support across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He will collaborate with leaders in product, customer support, brand management and product in WorldVue's head office to implement best practices and improve the customer experience globally. He will oversee operational excellence across the region including the management of WorldVue's third-party partners in EMEA and governance and compliance issues related to the region. Daniel is a senior-level regional escalation point for our valued customers. His technical knowledge, geographical expertise across North America and EMEA, and robust hospitality experience allows him to lead with purpose and thoughtful direction.
Based in the U.K., Daniel brings over 20 years of experience to the WorldVue team specializing in the hospitality sector. Prior to his new role, Daniel was at a Global ISP provider and was responsible for project and deployment management, plus logistics management for the Americas business. Daniel also provided independent consultation services for hotels across the industry, after holding various senior IT leadership roles with Hilton Hotels, where he worked for 14 years.
