Cedric Nubul has been appointed as Area Manager and General Manager at Hilton Hotels Brazil

Hilton announced the appointment of Cedric Nubul as area manager for Brazil and general manager of Hilton Rio de Janeiro Copacabana and Hilton Barra Rio de Janeiro. As area manager, Nubul will be responsible for leading and inspiring the teams across a portfolio of five managed Hilton multi-branded hotels in Brazil, while also managing operations of the two hotels in Rio de Janeiro.

Cedric Nubul

A hospitality industry veteran with 22-years of experience, Nubul most recently served as general manager of Hilton Singapore Orchard, the largest Hilton in the Asia Pacific, where he led the successful opening and renovation of Southeast Asia's flagship 1080-room hotel. Nubul began his career in the hospitality industry as an accounts receivable clerk at Hilton Paris. His experience has spanned everything from finance and commercial to operations in full service and luxury brands across France, Spain, Italy, Maldives, Malaysia, Curacao and Colombia.

Nubul has won several awards throughout his successful career including General Manager of the Year and President's Excellence in Leadership Award in the Americas region, Best Hotel Opening and Performance Excellence Award in the Asia Pacific region and Best New Meetings Hotel Asia Stella Awards.

Nubul holds a Masters in Hotel Management from IUP Marne La Vallee and was included on Hotel Management Magazine's "GMs to Watch" list in 2018.
