Hawks Cay Resort, the premier Florida Keys destination, introduces Tiffiany Holmes as its new Resort Director. With a career spanning over 31 years in luxury hospitality, Holmes brings expertise and a proven track record of success to her role.Holmes' career is defined by her understanding of diverse business practices and cultures, influenced by 13 years of Caribbean & Latin American experience. Her tenure includes 15 years in resort hotel operations, showcasing her proficiency in driving operational excellence and enhancing guest experiences.
Holmes began her career at various Ritz-Carlton properties and most recently served as the Area General Manager at Islamorada Resort Collection, facilitating a seamless transition under new ownership and management. She also held the role of General Manager at Emery, Autograph Collection Hotel, and as Multi-Unit Hotel Manager at JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Marriott Cancun Resort, overseeing two luxurious resorts encompassing 900 rooms, 15,000 sq. ft. of spa facilities, and multiple restaurants and bars. Notably, in her roles at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba, Dutch Caribbean, Holmes spearheaded pre-opening planning, ultimately achieving the coveted Four Diamond rating within the first year of operation.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tiffiany's commitment to animal welfare shines through her rescue of two island dogs. Her favorite drink, the Champagne Margarita, reflects her zest for life's pleasures.
