With an extensive career spanning over 25 years, Michail brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He has worked across the UAE and Europe markets where he demonstrated his expertise in marketing, sales, business transformation, and project development.

Prior to joining Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA, Michail held senior positions with organisations, including the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) Abu Dhabi, Meydan Group, Meraas Holding, Majid Al Futtaim Properties, and Samsung, Royal Numico.
