Karim Gharbi has been appointed as General Manager at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi

Karim Gharbi brings in three decades of experience in luxury hospitality.

He has worked with luxury brands in Qatar, France, the US and Mexico, with a notable eight-year tenure at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, including Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris.

Gharbi's journey with Marriott commenced in 2014 as director of operations where his skills shone across various departments. His leadership skills were also on display as he oversaw the pre-opening phase of the Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara.

Gharbi also served as the area director of operations for Western Europe and Maghreb where he managed a portfolio of 82 hotels, representing 15 distinct brands.

Karim Gharbi is an alumnus of Cornell | Executive and Professional Education – Class of 2003.
