Serge Ditesheim has been appointed as General Manager at One&Only Moonlight Basin, currently under development in Montana set to welcome guests in Winter 2024/2025. The first One&Only resort to open in the United States promises a wild sense of adventure amidst the breath-taking mountains of Montana. Located between the iconic Lone Peak and the Spanish Peaks with access to Big Sky's world-class skiing, One&Only Moonlight Basin will be the first alpine resort for the ultra-luxury collection. Serge is joining the resort from One&Only Mandarina in Mexico, where he oversaw the successful opening of the resort in 2019 and its positioning as one of the most desirable resort destinations in North America, driving remarkable success and industry recognition, with inclusion in the prestigious Travel + Leisure's Readers' 25 Favourite Resorts in Mexico in 2023 and most recently The World's 50 Best Hotels list as the Best Resort in North America. Prior to joining Kerzner, he held multiple General Manager positions in Vietnam, and the West Indies while working for Aman Resorts and Azerai Resorts. A seasoned hospitality leader with a deep understanding of One&Only brand values, Serge Ditesheim possesses the experience and knowledge to lead the pivotal opening of One&Only Moonlight Basin for the brand.
