Khaldoon Hamed has been appointed as Front Office Manager at Hili Rayhaan by Rotana

Hili Rayhaan by Rotana has announced the appointment of a new front office manager.

The new hire will oversee all front office operations and ensure an exceptional experience for guests at the Al Ain Hotel.

Khaldoon Hamed brings in 17 years of hospitality industry experience. Prior to joining his new hotel, Hamed held key leadership positions with brands such as Hilton and InterContinental.

In 2010, he commenced his journey with Rotana, where he successfully managed front office operations at various locations, including Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan and Park Rotana.

His most recent role with Rotana was as the director of front office at Fujairah Rotana Resorts and Spa until 2019. After a brief hiatus, Hamed re-entered the hotel industry in 2022, joining Al Khoury Hotels as a front office manager while ensuring a smooth guest experience and exceeding business objectives.
