Jason Waterlow has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Turtle Bay Resort
Oʻahu's newly renovated Turtle Bay Resort has appointed seasoned hospitality and food & beverage leader Jason Waterlow as Director of Food & Beverage at the 1,300-acre oceanfront resort. In his new role, Jason will help strengthen the many food & beverage channels across the property, including the resort's relationship with its onsite Kuilima Farm, to help create a seamless dining experience for visitors throughout the year.
Born and raised in the southwest of England with a career that has spanned across the globe, Jason brings over 30 years of well-rounded hospitality experience to his new role at Turtle Bay Resort. Most recently, Jason held Director of Food & Beverage roles at Honolulu's Kahala Hotel & Resort, Mauna Lani, and Halekulani Hotel. Prior to planting roots in Hawaiʻi, Jason held roles at revered hotels across the US, including The Inn at Little Washington, a Double Five Star, Double Five Diamond, Michelin starred property and Rancho Valencia, an Auberge Resort. Jason is also a certified sommelier and has worked in several award-winning restaurants, including L'Auberge de Sedona; Aujourd'hui Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel Boston; Gardens Restaurant, Four Seasons Hotel at Beverly Hills; and the signature restaurant and beverage program at the 5-Star Ojai Valley Inn & Spa.
