Jim Hindman has been appointed as Director of Restaurant, Bars, and Events at The Kimpton Sawyer
Prior to joining the Sawyer, Hindman spent 15 years overseeing food and beverage programs at resorts and casinos across the country. Hindman most recently served as the executive director of food and beverage for Edgewood Tahoe Resort, a five-star, world-class resort for golf, events, and dining, where he specialized in banquet operations. Additional properties include Horseshoe Casino in Cleveland, Ohio; Harrah's Gulf Coast Casino and Hotel in Biloxi, Mississippi; Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota; and Harrah's Casino and Hotel in Maryland Heights, Missouri, where he began his career.
