Romain Avril has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager at Rosewood São Paulo
Romain Avril has recently joined the teams at Rosewood São Paulo with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. After spending two years in Rio de Janeiro, his expertise took him to various top culinary destinations such as Dubai, Lebanon, and Morocco before joining the Royal Monceau, a Parisian Raffles hotel, where he served as the Director of Food & Beverage.
In his new role at Rosewood São Paulo, Romain Avril will be responsible for overseeing the establishment's team, offering guests excellence in South American cuisine and refined cocktails.
Romain Avril is an alumnus of ESSEC Business School – Class of 2013.
