Dhiraj Amin has been appointed as Director of Sales at Sofitel Mumbai BKC

Sofitel Mumbai BKC, the elegant, luxury hotel in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex, has appointed Dhiraj Amin as their new Director of Sales.

Previously the Director of Magnifique Meetings at Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Dhiraj has now been promoted to the position of Director of Sales. In this new role, he will be leading the MICE and room sales team, under the direction of the hotel's Director of Sales & Marketing.

Before joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Dhiraj was the Associate Director of Sales at the Hyderabad Marriott Convention Center & Courtyard Marriott, handling top group & catering accounts for the hotel, driving new business opportunities and large-scale residential closures, and leading a team of Sales Managers. Prior to that, as Senior Sales Manager at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar international Airport, Dhiraj handled strategic MICE accounts for the hotel, created marketing plans that enabled the sales teams to meet revenue targets, and managed to exceed catering revenue goals. Prior to these roles, Dhiraj also held positions at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport and Waterstones Hotel & Resort Mumbai. In each role, Dhiraj was able to hone his skills for creating strong client relationships, developing strategic sales knowledge, prospecting, and quick decision-making.
