Tomo Hikichi has been appointed as Resort Manager at Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels recently welcomed Tomo Hikichi to OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort as resort manager.

Hikichi was most recently director of operations at Waiea, an ultra-luxury condo in Kaka'ako, and at Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani. Before that, he was residence manager and front office manager at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach and senior rooms operations manager at the San Diego Marriott Mission Valley. Hikichi also held senior operations positions at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa and Waikiki Edition.

A graduate of the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa with a bachelor's degree in travel industry management, Hikichi is fluent in Japanese, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
