Hilton Sydney recently announced Malcolm Zancanaro as their new General Manager. Zancanaro, a seasoned professional in the hospitality sector, brings extensive experience from both domestic and international roles. With over 30 years in the industry, his expertise spans managing flagship hotels, overseeing food and beverage operations, and handling conferencing and events.
Before joining Hilton, Zancanaro was a part of the InterContinental Hotels Group, where he served as the Director of New Hotels for Australasia and the Pacific. His impressive career includes more than three decades at Hyatt, where he held various positions in hotel and corporate settings in locations like Melbourne, Perth, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, and Sydney. His appointment is expected to infuse Hilton Sydney with new insights and strategies.
