Bringing nearly two decades of hospitality experience, including six years at Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites, Kemal's promotion to director of F&B is a testament to his consistently exceptional performance.
His hands-on approach, regularly engaging with team members and guests, has been instrumental in maintaining the hotel's outstanding service, resulting in a 98 percent guest satisfaction rate over the last 18 months.
In his previous role as assistant director of F&B, Mustafa successfully launched BODRUM and Bar1, two of the resort's F&B venues.
