Ibtissam Doubaj has been promoted to Cluster Director of Sales at Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites
In just one year as director of sales, Doubaj's contributions to the all-inclusive concept have led to her appointment as cluster director of sales.
With over 16 years of experience in the UAE's five-star hotel industry, she has honed her commercial skills and fluency in four languages, English, Arabic, French, and Italian.
Doubaj has fostered meaningful connections with clients and associates and is passionate about training and inspiring her team. Under her leadership, the hotel exceeded last year's performance, achieving a RGI (revenue generating index) of 150.
In her new role, Ibtissam aims to see both Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites and Rixos Premium Dubai become leaders in their respective competition sets.
