Paul Bayliss has been appointed as General Manager at Harbour Hotel Southampton
Harbour Hotel Southampton is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Bayliss MBE as General Manager. Having started at the beginning of January 2024, Paul boasts an incredibly impressive CV and brings over three decades of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality throughout the UK to the quintessentially British Harbour Hotels.
With 30 years of world class leadership experience within a unique and diverse range of highly intensive positions, Paul holds a unique track record in delivering immediate and long term success within the UK hospitality landscape. Most recently, Paul was the Regional General Manager at Hotel Brooklyn, where he became a Master Innholder in 2022, and won Greater Manchester Business Person of the Year. Previous to this, Paul has held roles at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Carden Park Hotel - Cheshire's Country Estate, The Midland Hotel, and De Vere Hotels, in addition to completing Cornell University General Managers (International) Programme.
