Geoffrey Sarabia-Mason has been appointed as Director of Sales & Marketing at Palace Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, San Francisco
San Francisco's historic Palace Hotel, a member of Marriott International's Luxury Collection, is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoffrey Sarabia-Mason as director of sales and marketing. He joins the luxury property with more than three decades of management experience. A tenured industry professional, Sarabia-Mason will be responsible for planning and implementing sales and marketing programs for the landmark hotel.
Prior to his new role at Palace Hotel, Sarabia-Mason served as vice president of operations at Radiate Hospitality, where he was responsible for the operational excellence and strategic growth of 11 company-owned hotels. During his tenure, he successfully oversaw full renovations of three properties, opened two new hotels, drove a company rebranding initiative, and led leadership summits for top executives, among other achievements. Sarabia-Mason also held the role of director of sales and marketing at the historic Hayes Mansion San Jose, where he was responsible for managing all day-to-day activities related to sales, conference services, reservations, and front office operations, as well as being responsible for achieving financial results for the property. Sarabia-Mason has also held leadership positions at the Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau in the East Bay, and Pyramid Hotel Group in the San Francisco Bay Area, among others.
Sarabia-Mason has won a myriad of leadership titles throughout his career, including Sunstone Hotels and Tri-Valley CVB designations for director of sales and marketing of the year, top awards for RevPar Achievement with Sunstone Hotels and Marriott, top award for sales booking pace achievement with Marriott and Wyndham, and was recognized as Wyndham Hotel Group's top director of sales and marketing for performance excellence, in addition to other honors.
