Sonja Chase has been appointed as General Manager at Thompson Seattle
Thompson Seattle is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonja Chase as General Manager. Drawing upon more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Chase will bring innovative ideas and a passion for the Thompson Brand to her role overseeing all operations of the award-winning luxury lifestyle property, located in the heart of downtown Seattle.
Before joining Thompson Seattle, Chase served as Hotel Manager for Thompson Austin and tommie Austin. Prior to that, Chase served as the Director of Rooms, Engineering and Spa at Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa, in Southern California. For more than a decade, Chase has been raised through the ranks within the Hyatt portfolio, holding a variety of leadership roles across Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Engineering operations in locations including Austin, Palm Springs, San Diego and Denver.
Chase holds a bachelor's degree from University of Colorado, Boulder.
