Andrew Ladd has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing at Noble House Hotels and Resorts
Ladd began his hospitality journey as a bellman and steadily ascended through the ranks, cultivating a multifaceted background encompassing operations, sales, and marketing expertise. Over the span of two decades, he has showcased a wide-ranged career trajectory, transitioning from operational and sales positions into the role of Director of Sales and Marketing, a tenure as a General Manager, and ultimately arriving in his current role of VP of Marketing for Noble House Hotels & Resorts.

He also has a certification in New Media Marketing from Cornell University, completed Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business Digital Marketing Strategies program, and holds a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer credential through HSMAI. Ladd's education and hands-on experience bring a unique blend of creative and analytical thinking to drive comprehensive marketing strategies and valuable insights vital to navigating today's dynamic digital landscape.
