Rebecca Scott takes on the role of Director of Compensation & Benefits. Scott started her career with Auberge Resort's Collection's White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, Maine before pursuing HR leadership positions with Marriott International and Pink Taco. In a new role for Main Street, Scott will implement forward-thinking compensation and benefits strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with the organization's financial and operational goals.
