To support Rosewood's growth in the Europe and optimize its operational excellence, Vincent Billiard has been promoted to a regional role as Regional Vice President, Central and North Europe and Managing Director of Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel. Vincent joined Rosewood in 2020 following his appointment as Managing Director of the iconic Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, which, under his leadership, has been awarded several coveted accolades, including a place on the inaugural World's 50 Best Hotels list in 2023.
