Deborah Lahti has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aligned Hospitality Management

Aligned Hospitality Management has appointed Deborah Lahti as chief operating officer, effective immediately. Lahti will join Aligned's corporate team to lead and manage the company's daily business operations, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support day-to-day hotel and corporate initiatives. She will report to Bryan Tubaugh, Aligned Hospitality Management CEO. A seasoned hospitality industry professional, Lahti brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Aligned organization. In her most recent role as the director of hotel and resort sales at Visit Phoenix, her responsibilities included collaborating with major brands, independent hotels, management companies, and ownership groups. Throughout her career, she has worked at several prestigious properties, including the acclaimed Westin La Paloma and Westin Kierland resorts. She also previously served in a corporate role with another prominent management company, successfully overseeing the sales and marketing for a portfolio of 10 hotels, earning accolades for her strategic vision and leadership.
