Joining ahead of the upcoming summer season, Vasco brings a wealth of expertise in luxury hospitality throughout Europe, focused on luxury and lifestyle hotels, and brings over a decade of experience leading strong teams in dynamic environments. With over 10 years of experience in inspiring and motivating teams, Vasco excels at implementing innovative solutions to drive growth and success through his extensive background in Food and Beverage operations, combined with his passion for crafting unique guest experiences.
Most recently, Vasco spent over 6 years as General Manager across various Autograph Collection properties in Spain, including Palacio del Retiro in Madrid, Palacio Santa Paula in Andalusia and AC Baqueira Ski Resort in Catalonia. Vasco's appointment to OKU Ibiza is a true homecoming and natural fit, returning to Ibiza after running a successful 2017 summer season as Hotel Manager at ME Ibiza.
