With a decade of experience in human resources and team management across the Middle East, Kwon aims to enhance team diversity, foster career growth, and prioritise staff well-being and performance optimisation.

Fluent in three languages, Kwon's HR journey began in 2014 at Hyatt Capital Gate, Abu Dhabi, where she honed her management skills before advancing to roles at Grand Hyatt Doha Hotel & Villas. Notable achievements include launching leadership and business management programs and spearheading HRIS updates for Hyatt properties in the Middle East & Africa.

After diversifying her expertise in various sectors, Kwon returns to the hospitality industry with Novotel, ibis, and Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha.

Lynn Kwon is an alumnus of Swiss Hotel Management School - SHMS – Class of 2012.
