Having held a number of positions at high-end restaurants and luxury resorts including Restaurante Alcalde in Guadalajara, Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo and Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, Martinez's professional journey is demonstrative of his commitment and passion for creating unforgettable memories and providing guests with a true taste of Mexico. Given his vast experience, Martinez has proven his affinity for kitchen management within the luxury hospitality space and is now responsible for Codex's menu development and kitchen operations.
