Danny Bufano has been appointed as Director of Restaurants at Tempo by Hilton Times Square
Tempo by Hilton Times Square, the first hotel from Hilton's newest stylish and contemporary lifestyle brand announces the appointment of Danny Bufano as Director of Restaurants. In his new role, Danny oversees the 661-room hotel's day-to-night food and beverage operations, including Highball, its signature cocktail bar & lounge with an expansive outdoor dining terrace serving a seasonal "spirited" and "free-spirited" cocktail menu and NY-inspired dishes, as well as Grab & Go, a locally curated market and cafe in collaboration with Bluestone Lane.
An industry veteran, Bufano brings two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as the Director of Food and Beverage for Middletown Sports Complex in New Jersey. Bufano has also held Director of Food & Beverage and comparable titles, such as Director of Banquets, for brands throughout the Tri-State including Royal Inn in New York City, Doubletree Suites by Hilton New York Times Square and Doubletree Hotel Somerset in New Jersey. Bufano holds an honors degree in hotel and restaurant management at the New York Restaurant School.
