Stéphane Ormand has been appointed as Sales and Revenue Director at Accor

Adagio, the European leader in aparthotels, is proud to announce the appointment of Stéphane Ormand as new Sales and Revenue Director, member of the Management Committee.

A graduate of the École Centrale de Lyon and holder of an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration Paris 1, Panthéon Sorbonne, Stéphane Ormand has held various positions of responsibility during his career, including 25 years spent in the sector transport sector, within the prestigious Air France-KLM Group.

His innovative vision led him to take charge of the Digital and E-Commerce Department, during the launch of the group's new acquisition and distribution channel. His international career was then enriched with a five-year mandate as General Manager of Air France-KLM in the United States, before moving to the position of Vice President Distribution, where he closely supervised the channels thus making a significant contribution to the company's strategy.

Within Adagio, Stéphane Ormand will be responsible for driving the company's distribution and commercial strategy in close collaboration with the operational teams. His role will notably consist of supporting the Next Adagio acceleration plan, with particular emphasis on the new Revenue Management and Pricing organisation to ensure an effective value strategy.

In this context, he will strengthen the commercial strategy by developing relationships with existing customers and targeting new segments. Additionally, it will drive growth in direct channels by optimising online presence and leveraging resources provided by the shareholder Accor. Finally, the new Sales and Revenue Director will develop a sustainable and profitable distribution strategy to ensure the sustainability of the economic model focused on medium and long-term stays.
