With a wealth of experience in luxury hospitality and a passion for elevating guest experiences, Bilal brings his expertise to one of the region's most prestigious resorts.

Bilal Ben amar, a French national with a penchant for motorbikes, tennis, and music composing, joins the resort with a focus on enhancing the quality standards of its food & drinks venues and putting the emphasis on genuinely connecting with guests. With a background steeped in luxury hospitality, Bilal aims to reinstate DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island into a vibrant community hub for Ras Al Khaimah residents.

Bilal's extensive background includes roles such as Director of Food & Beverage at The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts in Qatar, and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He holds a Postgraduate in hospitality management from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Marbella, Spain, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management/Marketing from UQAM in Montreal, Canada.
