Joshua, often referred to as JT, brings a distinguished background from the global luxury hospitality industry to his new role at Hawks Cay Resort.JT's professional journey in the hospitality industry reflects a profound passion for people and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Previously serving as Vice President of Operations at Royal Stays Miami, JT led a vibrant portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants, nightlife venues, and private residences. His work included spearheading hospitality acquisitions and redevelopments, showcasing his strategic vision and leadership.Among JT's notable achievements is his role as Chief Operating Officer at Beach Enclave in Turks and Caicos Islands, where he contributed to the mission of redefining beachfront luxury living. His extensive international experience includes managerial roles at prestigious properties such as Wymara Resort and Villas and Amanyara, both located in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Additionally, he has worked at Zemi Beach House in Anguilla, Alila Hotels and Resorts in Indonesia, Constance Hotels and Resorts in the Seychelles, Atlantis The Palm in Dubai, and Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore, among others.
