Lynette Knutson has been appointed as General Manager at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace
Marcus® Hotels & Resorts, a nationally recognized owner and management company and division of The Marcus Corporation, today announced Lynette Knutson has been appointed as general manager of Hilton Madison Monona Terrace in Madison, Wisconsin. Knutson brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience in the southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois areas to oversee the award-winning 240-room hotel.
Knutson joins Marcus Hotels & Resorts after most recently serving as general manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East. In this role, she drove year-over-year business growth while leading operations with strategic vision and planning. As a result, the property earned Hilton's Award of Excellence in 2022 and 2023, and the DoubleTree's Bright Together CARE Award in 2023, in addition to other honors from NCG Hospitality. Knutson's hospitality experience also includes serving as general manager at hotels in the Madison area and Rockford, Ill.
