Tonya Sweetser has been appointed as General Manager at Craddock Terry Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel
Craddock Terry Hotel, an award-winning boutique hotel located in the heart of Lynchburg, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tonya Sweetser as the new General Manager. With her exceptional leadership skills and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Tonya is set to take the Craddock Terry Hotel to new heights.
Born and raised in Vermont and having lived the entire East Coast from the Canadian border to Puerto Rico, Tonya brings a fresh perspective to the hotel. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Teikyo University and a Master's Certificate in Hospitality Management and Hospitality Marketing from Cornell University.
Tonya brings a wealth of knowledge to the Craddock Terry Hotel, having previously worked at upscale boutique hotels, such as The Georges and The Emerson Inn. She additionally has recently won several hospitality industry awards including Best Hospitality Consultancy Businesswoman 2023 and 2024. Her passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and thriving teams has made her stand out in the hospitality industry.
As the new General Manager, her hands-on approach and commitment to teamwork have already had a positive impact. Her expertise in hospitality management will ensure that the hotel continues to exceed guest expectations and maintain its reputation as a premier destination for business and leisure travelers in Virginia.
