With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including notable roles at prestigious properties across Europe, the US, and the Middle East, Dempsey brings a wealth of expertise in luxury and boutique hotel brands to his new role.
In his previous role as general manager at Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Warsaw, Poland, Demsey demonstrated strong leadership by implementing successful strategies centered on quality assurance, guest satisfaction, and innovative upsell programs. His career is marked by his adept management across various operational departments and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
As Demsey takes the helm at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, he is excited about the resort's upcoming projects, including new F&B projects and unique experiences. He envisions leveraging his extensive experience to collaborate with the dedicated team at the resort, developing and implementing strategies to maintain the resort's 500-hectare nature reserve, 108 private pool villas including the newly launched signature villas, a spa featuring the UAE's only rainforest experience, four restaurants, an adventure center, and an equestrian center.
